Ahead of the Wave AI S.L.U.

1. Scope and Provider

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online workshops and live events organized by Ahead of the Wave AI S.L.U., Camino Peña, Num. 10, 38550 Arafo, Tenerife, Spain (“AHEAD OF THE WAVE”).

1.2 These Terms apply to both individual and business customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 The services include:

- Online workshops and live events,
- Access to digital materials (presentations, templates, recordings),
- Payment processing through Stripe and ThriveCart.

1.4 Any differing terms provided by the customer shall not apply unless expressly confirmed in writing by AHEAD OF THE WAVE.

1.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Jurisdiction is the competent court of Tenerife, Spain.

2. Booking and Contract

2.1 A binding contract is formed once the booking has been completed through ThriveCart and confirmed by AHEAD OF THE WAVE.

2.2 Customers must provide accurate and complete contact and billing information. Changes must be communicated promptly.

2.3 Invoices are issued electronically and sent via email.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 As workshops take place on fixed dates and times, all sales are final. There is no right to cancel or request a refund after purchase.

3.2 By completing the booking, the customer expressly agrees that no refund or withdrawal right applies once the purchase has been made.

3.3 If AHEAD OF THE WAVE cancels an event, the full ticket price will be refunded. No further claims or compensations are granted.

4. Ticket Validity

4.1 The purchased ticket is valid only for the specific event and date booked.

4.2 Tickets are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another person or session.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All workshop materials, templates, and recordings remain the intellectual property of AHEAD OF THE WAVE.

5.2 Participants receive a personal, non-transferable license for private or internal company use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is not permitted without written consent.

6. Payments

6.1 All payments are processed via Stripe or ThriveCart.

6.2 Prices are final and include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA).

6.3 Payments are due immediately. If payment is not received within the stated time, AHEAD OF THE WAVE reserves the right to cancel the booking.

7. Liability

7.1 AHEAD OF THE WAVE shall be liable only for intentional or grossly negligent acts.

7.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate technical access (internet connection, hardware, software).

7.3 AHEAD OF THE WAVE assumes no liability for interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, ThriveCart, Zoom, Miro).

7.4 Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy Notice

8.1 AHEAD OF THE WAVE collects and processes personal data (such as name, email address, and payment details) solely for the purpose of organizing and delivering the booked workshop.

8.2 Data will only be shared with service providers necessary for payment and communication (e.g., Stripe, ThriveCart).

8.3 No data will be sold or transferred to unrelated third parties.

8.4 You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting
impact@aheadofthewave.ai.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

9.2 Changes or amendments to these Terms require written form.

9.3 The contract language is English. The English version of these Terms shall prevail over any translations.
